Since I moved him in with grandma he is quiet unless she jumps out of the playpen. There are 2 other babies in there but I guess he needs a mother figure. When I was putting him to nurse on mama, I gave him the formula by eyedropper after he tried to nurse. I think he cries cause he's a preemie. I had 2 granddaughters who were preemies and they cried a lot. Sylvia
