One of my bigger fears is that someone will step on Ruby. She isn't very big and most people don't walk around with their eyes on their feet.

Here's a tip for those afraid of dropping pills on the floor. Store your meds in a drawer. Open the bottles and dispense the pills while keeping your hands over the open drawer. Any pill that accidently falls will go into the drawer, not the floor.
