Count me in! For the last couple months I've been going to WW but still have some more (about 15) to lose. One hint-eat sitting on the couch, your furbabies will absorb some of the calories! My weight loss has slowed now so I have been trying to increase my activity by going to Curves 3 times a week and walking. So far today I have had: a papaya for breakfast, a Jersey Mikes turkey sub for lunch, pizza for dinner and a WW ice cream sandwich. I'm still within my points. The pizza was easy-just used a low calorie, high fiber wrap toasted as the crust, a little sauce, peppers, onions and fat free mozzarella cheese. yum! So far WW has been easiest for me. I go to the meetings and find it very supportive.
