Hi everybody...My name is Kathy and I'm a food-aholic. What can I say I love to eat!!! So.....I think I want to join this thread and learn how to control my over eating, and shed some extra baggage. I will set my goal for losing 25 pounds...lets make that 26 pounds...LOL...I weighed in at 151 pounds this morning and I'd like to get down to 125 pounds. Thanks for the thread...and I will really try to control my hunger pangs. Good luck to us all!!!
