Welcome to yt, is nice to have you here, Phoebe just to get that but paying a extra attention when to the tips and rinse well after shampoo work well for us, just make sure to use a very good shampoo and conditioner, sometimes a little of mineral oil in a cotton ball on the tips of the ears before bath work great too, hope this help
