When my Layla had watery, itchy eyes, the vet told me that would most likely be caused by something she's inhaling, whether it's dust, smoke, or any particle of anything basically. Harvest is going on now, are you near any fields? Even if not NEAR, I'm sure there is a lot of stuff floating around in the air this time of year. Even I have been having some allergy symptoms!
