Make sure the pup is warm by being on a heating pad or having a heat lamp on him. Either get him to nurse or feed him yourself till he gets the hang of it. You can tube feed, use a syringe or even an eye dropper. If you put nutri-drops or karo on his tongue to bring up his sugar level it usually will make them more hungry too.
