I'm sorry if this comes across as being rude, but you shouldn't NOT take them to the vet cause you didn't buget properly for this litter. Can't your vet let you make payments so your mom and her pup can be checked. I would hate to think you weren't giving them proper care when there has to be a way to make sure they are okay even if it means borrowing it from someone.
As a breeder its your responsibility to make sure they get any needed vet care. I hope you understand where I'm comming from and I truely don't mean to hurt anyones feelings as this is just my opinion.
