It can be QUITE EMBARASING!

Tobey is 100% potty trained to pee pads at home- he's 10 months old and never has an accident, (like 3 misplaced poops maybe in the last 7 months) But recently my aunt and uncle watched him for the weekend at their house because we had to go out of town and he didn't use his potty pad there AT ALL! not even ONCE! I was so embarased when I picked him up! I thought he would do good because when we've taken him to my parents (but we were there with him) he used the pee pad pretty well (like 3 out of 5 times I'd say). My dad suggested that the next time we take Tobey to an unfamiliar place, that we take a long a pad that he has peed on before and use that one to establish the "place to go" at the new place- because maybe the smell will clue him in?? Do you think this would work better?
