Hi to everyone:
This might be of importance to some people, but last night at work the discussion of breeders came up at the coffee table. Some were positive comments and others were negative. Someone interjected that sooner or later there was going to be a law imposed. This law was to be that all breeders would need a license. I think this is a good idea, what do you all think? They would be over some type of license bureau and have people contact them. Maybe this would prevent abuse to puppies. Im all for it.
I mean we have laws for everything else, why not this law for breeders!
