Hmmm, well - if her 12 week weight was, say, around 2.5 - 2.75 lbs - then her adult weight will probably be between 5-6 pounds.
As for bathing, I think a dog's "smell" sort of determines how often to bathe. Some are a little more stinky than others. Luckily, it's a cute stink!
