RARE is your word not mine. And to make the blanket statement "most reputable breeders would spay and neuter" is not a true statement. Perhaps you should have said "Most show breeders would spay/neuter". I don't
know of anyone who raises Chocolates that are spaying/neutering. Many reputable breeders are trying to proliferate the Chocolates.
