My daughter has her own center with 8 employees. She finds it to be a very rewarding job, and as you say they're a very limited amount of specialist. From what she tells me they are in high demand, but good ones are not always easy to come by. It took her a long time to pick her staff, but is pretty happy with the ones she has.
