For sodium its between 1500-2400 milligrams a day for a healthy adult. Now it can be lower than this if you have blood pressure problems. I try to not go over 1000 milligrams a day. But that is just me, because when I have too much sodium I retain water and then I don't lose weight.

I do only weigh myself one time a week and its on Wednesday nights at 630pm every week. This is when I go to my meetings.
