 Same problem with a broker
I too bought a tiny little dollbaby named Max from a puppy broker. Now I know way too much to ever make that mistake again. Long story short, I sued after my Max died, got two pups and some of my money. But I did not stop there, in California if you sell more than 10 pups a year, you have to be licensed, he was not, I am sure that they (Consumer Affairs) fined him and I think that the state tax board was also notified of this undeclared income. I also reported him to that nice little agency called the IRS. I don't get mad, I get EVEN! YOU GO GIRL! |
