they really do need them sometimes! that is why i had to put bells on romeo's collar - he kept getting slammed in doors! the guys were not used to having him here and he was so fast and small (he was 6 weeks when we brought him home) that he could be across a room as soon as he heard a door open before you know it!
he still does it but he will be 8 months next week so they have all adjusted to him thank goodness.
