Now I haven't been eatting out or cheating or anything and my leader told me it was because I was retaining too much water. She asked me what I had been eatting and I told her those meals every day for lunch and she told me right away that is why I gained the 2 lbs. So needless to say if your going to eat those limit yourself to like 2 times a week and not every single day. Last week I didn't eat any of them and I lost the 2lbs I gained the week before and then another 2 lbs on top of that. I just thought I would share that with all of you. Have a good weekend everyone!!! |
That's interesting - didn't know that - did WW tell you how much sodium is ok on a daily basis? My nutrionist told me to only weigh myself 1x week - and important to weigh yourself - same day each week - same time. So every Saturday morning when I get up is when I jump on the scale and that is pretty accurate - also weigh yourself with same clothes (or off!!)
