i'm so sorry this is happening to your baby. my suggestion is to make sure you take him to a specialist to have the ultrasound done and the surgery done if needed. with something like this i wouldn't let a regular vet do it becuase they lack the experience in critical care. good luck and i hope it doesn't turn out to be a shunt.
