1/2 ounce of water for evey pound 160 lbs/80 oz's Hi again,
I saw all the tips, so I thought I would put this one out there. Drink your water girls. I got a rubbermaid jug that has the oz's marked on the side. It helps me see my progress.
I exercised today on the ball for 30min's. I also lifted weights. Lifting weights helps burn fat and build muscle. When you have more muscle the metabolism speeds up, so your burning more calories. Yeah!

I will stay away from the alful scale for the next couple of days.
I had potato soup, and bread for dinner.
