First off, I'm sure Chloe's gonna be okay. We'll pray for her anyway.

She should be able to resume to normal activity at around 2 weeks after surgery..The vet wil give you very detailed papers w/instructions to take home.

Btw, Once Daisy got home (a day after her surgery-she stayed overnight), she ran upstairs and ran [I mean, the "zoomies" ] around the entire house. At that point I had read the vet's instructions "..no stairs, jumping, etc..." I was trying to catch her..trust me, she was "back to normal "like nothing had happened..LOL

I ended up having to keep her in the pen for atleast a week. Only allowing her to come out for "gentle, lap time". She aLso ended up with a minor Urinary Tract Infection -whcih cleared up quickly with antibiotics.

Keep us posted on sweet CHloe and good luck to her!
