I'm glad I found this thread. Count me in!!! I need to lose at least 30lbs. I started walking when the kids went back to school beginning of this month and I'm definitely not snacking as much as I used too. My next step is to start watching what I put in my mouth. I need to get back on WW. I lost 20lbs on WW in the past but put it back on. I'm going to commit to you all to get back on it and hopefully with us encouraging each other, we will all get to our goals.
