i'm bad. i didn't have dinner. i had a late lunch and am just not hungry. i know that is a MAJOR no no. but i'm just not hungry and this headache makes me NOT want to eat. i am scared I will get sick if i eat.

so for dinner...I had water and vitamins

I really was going to eat dinner...but i took my dd to girl scouts at 6:30 and we didn't get home until almost 9. now it is waaaaaaaaaay too late to eat anything. so i will start fresh in the morning

i'm still psyched about only weighing 141 for the dr. today !!!!!!!!!
