I sure don't know the answer to that one. We just had Higgins chipped when he was neutered, and I can't even feel where it is. They said they put it in his shoulder blade area......I'll have to be more aggressive about feeling around there. I didn't want to make it sore since he has just had it placed. But I want to know if it has moved........
