The trick I can't believe Otis learned is "use the stairs". It honestly only took him like 5 mins to learn it, and now when we want him to come up on the couch or bed, you can just say "Use the stairs" and he'll do it. HINT: Just put food at the very top of the staris, and then repeat the phrase and food until he gets it.
