You may not want it but it sounds like you have it. The more you fight it, the stronger it's going to come. You REALLY should talk to someone that has experience in this.
Sensitives and psychics can run through the family. Everyone is born with the gift (that's why infants and children can see things that adults can't). As we get older, that window that was once wide open tends to close for most of the population. Doesn't sound like your window is wide open...but is cracked just a bit.
