Wow, that's scary! I just took Max on an elevator for the first time a few weeks ago. I was holding him though, b/c we were in a hospital, and even though dogs are allowed on the unit I was going to, I'm not so sure they're welcome all over the hospital. I'm glad I was holding him, b/c he was none too excited about stepping into that "box" and then the doors sliding shut and it moving. We went on it several times and he seemed like he was a little more comfortable on it, but I wouldn't want to chance it.
