I don't really know what to tell you. I would think without testies there is no gland producing testerone so what is making them aroused, but logan gets aroused all the time & he's been neutered for a year & a half. And don't feel bad Logan is my first male dog & I freaked out the first time I noticed it. It was right after he had been fixed & I thought something went wrong with the surgery. I tried to call my vet's cell phone, but didn't get her so I ran him out to my mom's & by the time I got there the swelling had gone down. She told me that the same thing happens in horses right after they are gelded & then it goes away. Come to think of it I haven't noticed the bumps in a long while, but he still does get aroused.
