K - some of my peeps on the other diet threads know that I've hit my plateu with weight loss...sooo....with all the exercise classes that I am doing (one Pilates reformer; one Pilates mat; Yoga; and two rebounding classes); I'm looking at the Zumba class that is being offered at this studio where I live. Has anyone taken these classes? Can you tell me what they are, do you like it, have you lost weight doing??? You guys are the best!
