Oh, this is a great post! I recently lost about 30 pounds on NutriSystem, it took about a month and a half. Ive been off of it for about a month now and im STILL loosing weight. I learned that my problem was not eating regularly and not really excercising. So now I use the treadmill everyday for 45 minutes and I eat every 3 hours. Not starving yourself and realizing that things are good in moderation will help you stay on the right track. Not allowing yourself to have little "treats" is just going to make it harder. So reward yourself when you meet little goals! I wish everyone good luck!
