If there is something wrong with the food and its hasn't gone public then of course they are not going to tell you if you call and ask. Most companies brief their employees on what to say when information like this comes to light. I would be cautious and suspicious until Canidae comes forward and makes an OFFICIAL announcement saying that the coast is clear. Its really easy to misinform the public and lead them astray bye not providing all the information they have at their disposal and telling people what they want to hear to diffuse the situation.
If there is nothing wrong with the food, then of course they will be proud to say that in an official statement to the press.
As for a food of choice on this forum, its not my choice and just because everyone else is doing it doesn't meant all others should jump on the bandwagon. |
