That's so funny. That's how I came up with Gus Gus. The fat mouse on Cinderella. My favorite Dinsney movie ever!!! When I got him he was so tiny and chunkie and that's the frist name that came to mind,,,,, What a trip. My husband didn't like it. I was going to name him after his father. Sir Nickolas. He would be Sir Nick Jr. Which I thought was so cute. But nobody liked it. So what we did was put names in to a bag,,,,,, and Augustus won. So everyone pretty much calls him Gus Gus,,, all but my husband who simply just calls him Gus.

I'm not sure if you would be interested but sometimes on ebay you can find some cute Gus Gus stuff. Nothing really right now except the figurine but in the past I have found some cute charms. I have the lenox figurine which I love and some cute, inexpensive ss charms...I hang them on his collars and his bag.
