Belly Dancing! I have a video that I do 3-4 times a week and it works parts of your hips you never realized you had

And it's fun too! I've been doing the same video for a few years and just love it, I never seem to get bored with it.
You are all doing GREAT!!! I've been doing Weight Watchers since my mom is a lifetime member she provided me with all the info and I have found it to be really easy for me. I also walk 2-3 miles with Simon everyday
