Hi,

I just wanted to say that all Kong toys are made in the USA. You can check their official site that says so here at Kong User Guides:

They also tell you how to take care and when to replace your Kong. Just an FYI: Make sure your kongs are made by Kong Company USA. There are a lot of pet stores that sell fake kongs just because they are so popular, and most of those ARE made over seas. Every kong from Kong Company USA will come with a user guide.
