Well, I'm no dream expert, but I wouldn't worry about it and probably wouldn't tell your current bf since it's harmless...unless you still have feelings for your ex. I dream about people that I haven't seen in YEARS, including ex-boyfriends from when I was a teenager. I have no idea where the dreams come from because it's not like I sit and think of these people. But, who knows what causes us to dream the things we do.
