Hi all,
Lucy has just turned 7 months old and I would like to have her spayed before her first heat. She is still only 3.5 lbs. though the breeder told me to expect her to be about 5lbs. grown.

Question - I thought I read that it was dangerous to spay/neuter under 4 lbs? Is that correct? If that's the case, should I hang on a month more and pray she puts a bit more weight on or is 3.5 enough to feel comfortable?

I also plan to have her baby teeth removed an her chip done at the same time.
