This is how I cured my Katia of separation anxiety. While she was caged(I use a lifestages cage) I would cover it up. This is while we were home. She would know we were there but she couldn't see us that well. Of course she whined but it took about a week for her to lose all of her separation anxiety and her whining is very minimal. She used to get diarhea and pee in her cage and bark non stop when we had to leave her. Now she does none of that. |
