I would rather this as well. The paypal card has no fees and works very well. I have one that is attached to my sellers account on EBAY.
I don't care to pay anyone a fee for having their card especially in a situation where it's like a secured credit card. They have your money in the bank and are earning interest on it while you decided on what you want to buy.
