I have had both in my life (and Im not young anymore)...I have always seen better in a female.
Everyone I know personaly has had "marking territory" problems with their males, even neutered.
Again, this is only my opinion and I wish you the best in your choice of Yorkies. (but I hope it's a female yorkie
