I think I am modifying it a bit, so that I'm eating plain oatmeal in the morning, and possibly an apple with peanut butter (all natural), for a snack. But, I am super happy with the results so far and I haven't even gotten to work out yet!

I was in the ER all day monday with a ruptured ovarian cyst. Not fun at all. But I'm feeling better today and can't wait to go on a long walk

Is this a book or is there any print material on this diet? I have never heard of it before. Do you weigh your meat/fish on a food scale to make sure you are eating the 3 ounces? Sounds like something I could do.....

I used to eat according to the South Beach Diet and loast 30+ lbs last year, never gained any of the weight back, except for when I went on my honeymoon!
