I think that they knew it all along

I just went through my drawer of toys that still have tags that I was saving for later. All made in China! The interesting thing I found was that 3 or 4 of them said "For dogs only". Hmmm... Does that mean that they knew they were dangerous for kids? Sounds like they knew this all along! It is not like they have dangerous parts that could come off or anything (thus not being safe for kids).
I am really angry!! I have tons of old and brand new toys that are not usable!!
