Aspiration pneumonia is the worst kind of pneumonia to recover from and many dogs die from it within days. If his pneumonia was diagnosed soon and he is on antibiotics he will probably be fine in a few days. He should get extra rest as some other stated here though. It doesn't sound like he had aspiration pneumonia |
