Very, very sad. I do not what else to say. Thank God I have not seen that around here. Although my step dad delivers propane to a place that is a puppy mill. He has to go in the house and the one floor of the house is nothing but stacked cages with dogs. I just can not understand how people can be so cruel. No dog deserves that kind of living.
