I'm with you. Rarely do I get on the scale. I guess I just don't want to know
the damage.
If one feels uncomfortable posting from what they went from to where they
are just post the amount lost. No one wants to make someone feel uncomfortable, we want to help each other.
Anyone see the Biggest Loser last night? If they can do it we can too.
