 I have tried so hard to eat the WW pasta. Can't do it.
 I have purchase several different kinds and even home made,
 cook it and throw it in the garbage!
 I just can not get it in my mouth. Pasta I guess is one thing
 I just can't give up. Having it once a week I guess won't hurt.
 Giving up my wine is more than a sacrafice for me. Now it's
 camimele tea in the evening.
 
 I do use flax seed. I put 1tsp of it in 1/2 glass of OJ and drink
 it each morning. It has omega 3 in it and very good for lowering
 cholestrol.

Whole wheat pasta is a good idea... But I don't know If I can give up regular pasta.... 

 I have tried whole wheat before and didn't like it.. I guess to shed these pounds we have to give up things!
