I was watching Dr. Oz on Oprah the other day and he claims the key to being healthy and losing weight without being hungry is.. fiber, fiber, and more fiber...

He said we women need at least 25 grams a day and we may only get 5-7 grams....

So ladies go out and chew the bark off a tree today.....
