Try not to eat late at night but if you can't help yourself try
the 100 calorie cookie packs from Nebisco I think.
They come in several different kinds. Cheese nips, gramham
crackers and wheat thins. There are quite a few in each
package and it really helps the hunger pangs. Only
100 calories, no cholestrol and low in sugar.
