I am glad I have the concept down now lol thank you! Alright next question lol What is the point to registering a puppy with limited registration? If they are not to be bred, and say it has many faults like bite, eyes, etc., why would that pup be registered at all? Is it a record keeping thing? or something else I don't know about?
