it doesnt open and close the lens part and the lens is all foggy you can manually pull itoopen but then all you hear is sadn grinding it when it opens and closes and it makes me cringe

Well i purchased mines at bestbuy...the camera alone is around $800...and the warranty/protection is another $130 (accidental) plus tax. And since it doesn't have any internal storage i went ahead and purchased a 1 gb from them also for another $25. and just recently ordered a 4gb online for $45.
