I don't run unless I am being chased...and fear for my life LOL 
but i love going for walks (which I hear help you lose weight more than running does...but it's all opinion I guess LOL)  200 crunches?? wow...maybe i should try that 

 that is my most needed area...my lower abs. I am super flabby there 

 and my thighs. i look pretty good when I am dressed...but in a bikini or naked
