Yum...... I love Arby's fries (especially the curly fries). Anyway, I think losing the 1 pound is fantastic! You can tell from your avatar that you are little and losing a pound a week is a healthy way to lose weight and maintain the weight afterwards. Drinking water, staying active, and trying to eat right should be a lifestyle for all of us. (I'm on my soapbox as I am sitting here eating a poptart--very healthy---and drinking my coffee!! Oh, and my workout class starts in 3 minutes. Guess I am missing that too! Come to me for health tips anytime!!
